What is Containers for Change Collect?
Containers for Change Collect is a pick-up-on-demand service that will come to you, wherever you are. It is now easier than ever for households, restaurants, bars, cafés and workplaces to save 10¢ containers.
How to book a collection
1. Make a booking
Booking your collection is quick and easy. Using your member number, you can book via our online booking portal, or app.
2. Add your collection details and choose a service provider
When booking a collection, you will need to have your address handy, and the number of bags or bins you have for collection. Choose your preferred service provider from a list available in your area.
3. Attach your booking reference
You will receive a booking reference when your collection request is confirmed. Attach your booking reference to all bags or bins so they're ready for collection. Make sure your bags are strong and secure enough to hold your containers.
4. Prepare your containers for pick-up
Place your bags or bins ready for collection. Once collected, your service provider will process your refund (minus any service fee).
You will receive ongoing communications on the status of your collection via email.
