The rise of a king

His origin story changes depending on who you ask, but most agree he started with just three things: one empty aluminium can, a camera, and a belief that Bincoin was the most overlooked “currency” in Australia.

Confused as to why no one else was treating Bincoin trading with the seriousness he thought it deserved, he set out on a mission: to teach everyday Queenslanders the true value sitting inside their wheelie bins.

From humble beginnings, The Bincoin King has grown a loyal following on Instagram, sharing a mix of Bincoin takes (hot or hilariously cringey) and the occasional “don’t try this at home” moment. 

Now, he’s giving Queenslanders a real look at what it takes to wear the Bincoin crown - every twist, dip, and wonderfully absurd moment included. 

And along the way, he’s helping us all become Bincoin experts. "Because real kings don’t gatekeep."
