Cash Refunds
Hand over your containers and get paid on the spot.
Cash is available at depots, self-serve depots and pop-up depots right across WA, from Kununurra to Esperance. Availability varies by site, so it's worth a quick check before you go - the refund point finder shows which locations offer cash.
Grocery Voucher Refunds
At self-serve kiosks and select self-serve depots, your refund can come as a grocery voucher worth 10¢ for every container you return.
Use it for money off your next shop at a major supermarket, or take it to the service desk and swap it for cash.
The supermarket varies by refund point, so check which one your voucher will work at before you go.
Bank transfer refunds
Have your refund paid straight into your bank or PayPal account. Link your account in the app or member portal, and from then on it happens automatically every time you return.
This option works everywhere - every refund point and every collection service. Scan or show your member number when you return, or book a collection in the app, and the money follows. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days.
Donate your refund
Send your refund straight to a charity, school or community group. Set your preferred payment method to "donate" in the app or member portal, choose your cause, and every return from then on goes to them automatically.
You can track how much you've given over time in your account.
Group refunds
If you're a school, charity, club or workplace, an organisation member number brings all your refunds into one place - including donations from your supporters.
Show, scan or tag your bags with the organisation member number when returning containers or booking a collection, and every refund goes to the account linked to it. Your team leader manages this from the group dashboard in the member portal, where they can set whether refunds go to a bank or PayPal account.
Need Help with a Refund?
If a refund hasn't landed in your account, give it a full 3–5 business days first - transfers can take that long to clear, and Drop & Go and Collect returns need to be counted before they're processed. If it's been longer than that, or the amount doesn't look right, get in touch. Have your member number and the date of your return handy and we'll look into it.
