Depots
Some Depots have employees who will count your containers for you, others you can do it yourself.

Best for: Large loads and cash in hand
Self-serve Kiosks
Insert your containers one by one and the automated machine scans, counts and processes your refund on the spot.

Best for: Smaller loads while you're already out
Drop & Go
Bag your containers, attach a tag with your member number, and drop them off. We count them later, and refunds are processed once counting is complete.

Collection
Book a pick-up at a time that suits you and we'll collect, count and refund you for your containers - at home, at work, or at your venue.

Best for: When you can't get to us
Donation Points
Drop your containers straight to a local charity, school or community group.
Refund type: Refund goes directly to the cause
Best for: Supporting someone else or if you’re time-poor but want to ensure your 10c containers are given the chance at a second life
Container Exchange Points
Cradles on public bins where you can leave containers for someone else to return.
Refund type: No refund to you - pay it forward!
Best for: When you're out and about and have a container to dispose of immediately

Check Your Containers
Look for the 10¢ mark or scan the barcode in the Containers for Change App if you're not sure.
Returning 1,500 or more?
You’ll be asked to fill in a declaration form. Don’t forget, transactions can’t be split.
Get a Member Number
You'll need it for bank transfer or donation refunds. Save it to your phone wallet or open it in the app.
